Tar go Teamhair, Come to Tara, Tar go Teamahir, Come to Tara, Tar go Teamhair

DAY OF ACTION FOR TARA
TUESDAY 3RD MARCH 09

NON VIOLENT DIRECT ACTION AGAINST M3
PEACEFUL PROTEST ☺

Despite EU Rulings to stop work on the illegal M3 motorway through Tara, destruction continues... The
people of Meath and Ireland are expected to pay €2,600 a year in TOLLS to use a motorway that destroys
the ancient graveyards, monuments and cultural landscape of Tara na Rí. Despite the scarring already

beautiful place steeped in ancient history, folklore and living traditions.

We are calling for the people of IRELAND, wearing your County Colours, to come to Tara na Rí
Níl neart go cur le chéile
(There is no strength without coming together)

COME SHOW YOUR COUNTY'S STRENGTH AND GIVE SUPPORT FOR THE MEATH MASTER
PLAN, A MORE ECONOMICALLY, ENVIRONMENTALLY, AND CULTURALLY COST EFFECTIVE
ALTERNATIVE.- AND SHOW THE WORLD THAT IRISH CULTURE, IDENTITY, AND HERITAGE
IS NOT FOR SALE TO MULTINATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES.
IT'S NOT TOO LATE FOR TARA

Bring friends, family, warm waterproof clothes, boots, packed lunch, costumes, banners, instruments,
cameras and county colours
