CNN The First Major News Outlet To Confirm Israel Broke The Ceasfire

Will this break the media 'consensus'

CNN anchors cite evidence from The Guardian, The Economist and others from back in November that Israel killed six Palestinians in Gaza - and accept that this action put the ceasefire 'in jeopardy' and was the reason why Hamas fired rockets into Israel.

All of which begs the question: why, if The Guardian and The Economist were aware of those facts back then, have they not been much more forthright in condeming Israels so called 'retaliation'. The CNN report from a somewhat excitable news presenter:

Two wrongs do not make one of them right however, what we are seeing is an abused victim ( children of Jews ww2) becoming an abuser!

Further the Israeli war machine can be likened as using a Sledge hammer to crack a nut. Their military action is way over the top, wasteful and unnecessary use of equipment and manpower.

A crack subterfuge unit could have made a better, faster job of destroying Hammas weaponry with far less civilian casualties. That though is not the way of Zionist, their culture expressions are loud and showy.

Whatever sympathy they were receiving because of losing a lot of people in German concentration camps, has now worn very thin and let us remember that it just wasn't the Jews who died in those camps.

If Israel wants to be seen as a modern country, then it needs to clean up it's act and stop behaving with such vicious barbarism.

I am an old soldier and am totally disgusted.

''Have we forgotten the 17,500 dead - almost all civilians, most of them children and women - in Israel's 1982 invasion of Lebanon; the 1,700 Palestinian civilian dead in the Sabre-Chatila massacre; the 1996 Qana massacre of 106 Lebanese civilian refugees, more than half of them children, at a UN base; the massacre of the Marwahin refugees who were ordered from their homes by the Israelis and in 2006 then slaughtered by an Israeli helicopter crew; the 1,000 dead of that same Lebanese invasion, almost all of them civilians?.... Would war crime be too strong a description? For that is what we would call this atrocity if it had been committed by Hamas. So a war crime, I'm afraid, it was.'' ( The Independent, Robert Fisk, wed 7th)
These past events, not to mention the crimes ongoing, civilians dead, not allowing in sufficient humanitarian aid, red cross members killed, UN school blown up etc are absolutely inexcusable. We need to know these things when facing the propaganda machine.

One more useful thing to mention would be the breaking of the ceasefire. Israel broke it, not Hamas.... 4th November, six Palestinians killed in Gaza and 17th November four more Palestinians killed.

I'm not defending Hamas, they have also committed war crimes. They have killed a few civilians in a few years in Israel.... inexcusable but, nearly 800 dead in Gaza in two weeks, this is a war crime beyond my comprehension.
